Hi! I'm Mel, the creator of My Afterlife Planner

I created My Afterlife Planner so your family don't need to guess all of the vital information if you were to pass suddenly or unexpectedly. I lost my son and my dad suddenly and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to make difficult decisions that can tear families apart.

This is a unique creation that will help families so much in their time of grief.

My Story

Last year I lost my Son Jake to Depression. He was 20 years old.

Losing both my Dad and My Son in sudden circumstances, made me realise how useful a product like the one I created is needed. So many questions are left unanswered, so many questions still to be asked - I am here to spread awareness on sudden and unexpected death. You never know when the last good bye is x

I am spreading awareness on sudden and unexpected death after the loss of my Dad Chris (who died during a gastroscopy aged 65) and my Son Jake (who died by Suicide after a 6 year battle with mental illness aged 20)
